Hiya Im Matt, I have just discovered that my metabolism is slowing down,I thought this would never happen to me but it has and i have a developing set of muffin tops to prove it! I have run about 5 times in my life, 4 of these were on holiday last week. I was running about 8km in 50 mins and it felt great. I am looking for a beginner runner to get fit with as i struggle with keeping myself motivated and often find i jack it in when it get tough! Hi there! This might be a long shot but here it goes... Just moved back to Mayfair, and in the past three months I've gone up a dress size and it's really upsetting. Since I haven't changed my eating habits, it occurs to me that the reason could simply be the fact that all the pros of living close to shops, transport etc, is now a big con as my previous daily trecks was actually pretty good exercise which kept me toned. I had a wonderful time out there last year. I visited a place called Zakopane Poland. I have fallen in love with the friendly people & scenic views. I have been to many countries in my adult life, but I have never felt so welcomed by everybody I came into contact with. My break there was to gather my thoughts & future plans as the job I was in at the time was driving me mad. I decided to get away on the spur of the moment & try skiing; I was not bothered if I didn’t take to the skiing, as I just needed the break. Not only did I enjoy the skiing & take to it like a duck to water, I took to the people as well. It was the cheapest break I have had & the most fulfilling. I have been truly touched. I believe the Polish hospitality makes the Polish woman in great demand. So I have you down as quite particular, although you all have stunning features. I am not looking for a Barbie doll or a bit of eye candy. Firstly I am looking for a friend who can enlighten me on the polish outlook & way of life. Maybe visit the country & give me the grand tour of the best mountains & local entertainment, & out if the way ski slops.
